I’m Katie, and I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to help you break free from your career rut and discover your true calling through tailored resume reviews and career coaching.

Like so many others, I spent my college years unsure of my career direction. After earning my master’s degree, I found myself in a patient-facing healthcare career as an occupational therapist—but I was burnt out and dreading each work day. After six months of relentless job searching, networking, and perseverance, I successfully transitioned into the tech industry, where my life took a dramatic turn for the better.

Most recently, I worked at a talent acquisition software company, where I gained an insider’s perspective on the world of recruiting and job seeking. 

I combined my personal experience navigating a huge career transition with my knowledge of the talent acquisition industry and started The Career Cultivator in 2024.
